Patient Portal
Pathways Therapy Solutions utilizes a patient portal to streamline the entire therapy process from intake to evaluation to treatment. If you decide to use us as your child’s speech therapy provider, we will provide you access to the portal. The portal allows for HIPAA-compliant communication between parents and the therapist. It also allows you to upload required documents, complete the online intake questionnaire and submit online payments for service.
Billing/Financial
You will be invoiced for all sessions at the conclusion of each session. We accept cash, check, or credit card.
At this time, we do not participate with any insurance providers, however, we anticipate that to change in the future. We can provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance company for any reimbursement you may be entitled to based on your coverage.
We strongly suggest you check with your insurance company to determine whether or not you have coverage for speech and language services. It is your responsibility to determine whether or not you have coverage, as well as, if any preauthorizations are required to evaluate or treat your child.
We are happy to provide any information your insurance company may need to determine coverage such as assessment reports and progress notes.
